In any case, there is no foolproof system and to minimize risks we offer our clients the possibility of contracting insurance that covers 100% of the purchase amount, including shipping and handling, and safeguards them against unwanted unforeseen events.

There is an option for Spain integrated in the purchase process. You must select combined shipping and insurance by registered letter or blue package (Correos) and pay the stipulated rate. The transit period will be the same as the one set for these two transport services.

For the foreigner, we have the international insured letter of Correos (only some countries admit the service), whose cost is calculated by virtue of the weight and the value of the items in the basket, and the urgent transport by means of Seur that already includes a coverage up to 1,200 euros regardless of the reference acquired.
